Chalok Baan Kao Beach
 Chalok Baan Kao is located on the southernmost tip of Koh Tau facing the Ang Thong Marine Park, made famous by Alex Garland's 'The Beach'. It's one of the most popular beach on Koh Tau, and understably so. It's simply beautiful.
Due to it's location the bay of Chalok Baan Kao is sheltered from wind and waves throughout most of the year. It is also very shallow, the beach slopes down very gently towards deeper water, making it a perfect beach for families with children.

Chalok Baan Kao is an ideal location for families. The beach is beautiful, the water warm and shallow and there are no speedboats roaming on the surface. There are plenty of restaurants and good snorkelling nearby in Rocky Bay.
